Subject: Participant needed for a study on LGBTQ+ and Teams!!!

Description: We are looking for participants to take part in our study on LGBTQ+ and work teams. The purpose of the current study is to better understand the experience of LGBTQ+ individuals working in work teams. Participation in this study involves filling out an online survey and completing a virtual interview (approximately 60 minutes). You will be compensated with a $20 Amazon Gift Card for your participation in the study. To participate in this research, you must be:

>>>18 years of age or older
>>>Be employed (part-time, full-time, or self-employed) in the U.S.
>>>Identify as an LGBTQ+ individual
>>>Working in a team with 3-10 other members
