Subject: Email list for the Florida Astronomical Research and Educational Society

Description: Astronomers in Florida, led by Florida Tech faculty, are creating FLARES for the purpose of coordinating our research and educational efforts. We hope to magnify our efforts through collaboration and pool resources to allow scientists in Florida to achieve better scientific results. We will also provide a forum for communication of results both within professional circles and to the public.
